任海燕简历

一、基本情况

任海燕,博士,教授,博士生导师;国家级青年人才,国家重点研发计划青年科学家项目首席;2023年当选中国妇女第十三次全国代表大会代表。获国家林业和草原局林草科技创新领军人才、农业农村部人才计划、教育部霍英东青年教师基金、内蒙古自治区杰出青年基金、内蒙古自治区“草原英才”、内蒙古自治区青年创新人才、中国科学院“西部之光”等荣誉。

先后在东北师范大学和中国科学院植物研究所获学士和博士学位;在中国科学院沈阳应用生态研究所从事博士后研究;在美国佐治亚理工学院和瑞士联邦森林、雪与景观研究所访学。2016年入职内蒙古农业大学工作,从事草学和生态学领域的科研和教学工作。

致力于草地恢复与气候变化研究,发展陆地生态系统对全球变化的响应与适应理论,研发突破天然草原抗逆增效草种包衣技术。主持科研项目20项,在Ecological Monographs、Global Change Biology等国际主流刊物发表学术论文50余篇,主编专著1部,授权国家专利2件。担任中国生态学学会理事,以及SCI期刊Journal of Plant Ecology青年编委等。
